Three statuses, always visible
- Reviewed A vaidya on our medical board has checked every claim against its source. The full page is shown, with the reviewer's name and date.
- Pending medical review Published and sourced, but not yet reviewed. Doses, contraindications, pregnancy and children's notes, all-clears and treatment protocols are withheld.
- Draft Never public.
Cautions only, until reviewed
Before review, a page may report evidence of a risk, with its grade and a "tell your prescribing doctor" instruction. Only a reviewed page may say "no known interaction" or give a dose. Every interaction page and every empty search says it plainly: no listing is not a clearance.
Every fact has a source
Each claim stores where it came from: a classical verse (for example Charaka Sutra Sthana 7.61), an Ayurvedic Formulary of India volume and page, a PubMed ID, or a regulator notice. Each citation is checked against the original before it goes up. If we cite something we have not yet checked line by line, the page says so.
Evidence is graded, not flattened
From strongest to weakest: systematic review, randomised trial, controlled trial, observational study, case report, animal study, in vitro (lab) study, theoretical by mechanism, classical text only. A warning based on one case report is labelled as exactly that.
No selling, no cure claims
Reference pages never link to products. Each page has at most one short, relevant line about our services, and never a pop-up. We describe what the texts say and what trials found. We do not promise cures, in line with the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act and Ayush advertising rules.
Corrections
Every page has a correction link. A person reads each one, and changes are dated in the changelog.
